PROBLEM

Data centers' concept designs are created manually by engineers, which is slow, expensive and due to time and money restrictions, the results are inaccurate. To save time, they prefer previously used solutions, even though these might not be optimal. This creates errors in budgeting, scheduling, and end-product quality. Changes to the project are cheaper in the beginning phases and if problems are identified late, they get more expensive to fix. So, it is crucial to have the best possible concept design. .

A software for concept design, that generates a data center layout, specifying the main physical infrastructure and then presenting the best solutions as exportable 3D models. All based on a client's individual requirements and priorities. This lowers concept designs' cost while improving the quality. We enable the user to export the result as a 3D render images and even as an actual Building Information Model, that can be used to start the detailed design.
