Mati is an Estonian food technology startup developing mycoprotein-based meat and seafood alternatives. 

Though the plant-based meat market has exploded in recent years, there is an obvious whitespace at today's market – clean label meatless fillets. At Mati Foods, we have succeeded in developing a technology that enables us to fill that whitespace. 

To date we've fundraised € 125 000, finished the development of our first product – Mati's Tender Fillets Without Chicken and started the R&D of Mati's Fishless Fillet.
